Ex-Mercer HR Leader, Neha Mayanka, has joined Ameriprise Financial Services as Director – Human Resources.
Mayanka is an experienced Human Resources professional having experience across varied industries including HR consulting, analytics and publishing industries. She has skills in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
Prior to this role, Mayanka served Mercer as HR Leader – Principal, Mercer Consulting India. Prior to that, she had a stint with companies like AbsolutData Research & Analytics, ScholasticIndia, Inductis and Mafoi Management Consultants.

Happy to share with my professional connections that as my tenure with Mercer India comes to an end, it marks the beginning of a new inning with Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC,” Neha Mayanka, Director – Human Resources, Ameriprise Financial Services, said in a post.

She has completed her PGDBM from Sri Sringeri Sharada Institute of Management.
