Niharika Rai to step down as Honeywell Global Talent Management Director

Niharika Rai has resigned as Global Talent Management Director at Honeywell. Prior to that, she was the HR Head, Global Business Operations at Honeywell Process Solutions.

“After an incredible, seven-plus years at Honeywell, it’s time to turn the page and begin another new and exciting chapter. I am thankful to all my colleagues at Honeywell who have been part of this wonderful journey, done some great work together and have contributed towards my success, growth and learnings,” Rai said in a post.

Joined in 2013, Rai has been working with Honeywell for more than seven years. Most recently, she was leading Talent Management, Organization Development, Leadership Development and Culture & Change Management for HBT globally working with the CEO and CXO team.

Besides, she was responsible for coaching leaders and driving D&I (diversity and inclusion) initiatives and has been instrumental in developing and deploying key initiatives across the company.

Rai has 19 years of experience working across roles and organizations. Before joining Honeywell, she was associated with Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC) as Senior Practice Consultant, where she designed and developed Performance Management System, Talent Management Interventions, Competency Framework, Assessment and Identification of High Potentials, among others.

Earlier, Rai worked with Tata AutoComp Systems, XLRI Jamshedpur and IIM Ahmedabad. She holds a BA degree from Isabella Thoburn College and MA from the University of Lucknow.
