Elgi Equipments, a leading air compressor manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Nitesh Jain as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), according to ETHRWorld report.
Jain comes with over 18 years of experience in various facets of human resources. Prior to joining Elgi Equipments, Jain was associated with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
Previously, he worked at organisations like Dr Reddy’s Lab, Arvind Mills and Crompton Greaves.
Jain holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) – Human Resource from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from BIT Mesra.
