Noveltech Feeds appoints Rishav Dev as CHRO

Food & beverage manufacturing company Noveltech Feeds has appointed Rishav Dev as its Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ET report. Dev will be reporting to Sandeep Karkhanis, MD of the company, and will be based in Hyderabad. Prior to this role, Dev was VP – HR at Anmol Feeds.

Dev holds 19 years of HR domain experience with leading firms in Agriculture, Real Estate, Retail and Financial Services. He has also worked as HR Head at Ambuja Neotia, Corporate HR Head at DLF and Zonal HR Head at Aditya Birla Retail.

Rishav Dev, CHRO, Noveltech Feeds, told ETHRWorld, “It is a great responsibility, and it feels great to be a part of this noble group. The main objective will be to make the business more profitable through people strategy.”

Speaking about his key priorities, Dev said, “The key priority will be to align all the employees across the organisation towards the organisational goal, focus extensively on building people capabilities to make the workforce more service oriented towards their end customers, that is, the farmers.”

“Dev believes that his entire HR journey has helped him first transform himself as a better human being and accept people the way they are. “It has made me realise that Leadership is a responsibility and not any privilege. You, as a leader, must be the first to put enormous faith or trust on your people to build the required connection, and then form a team who is ready to give no less than 100 per cent for your vision,” he added.

Dev holds a PG Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from Magadh University.
