Nucleus Software, a leading provider of lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, has announced the appointment of Anurag Mantri as its new Chief Financial Officer.
“We wish to inform that the Board of Directors vide resolution passed at the Board meeting held on December 11, 2020, have appointed Mr. Anurag Mantri (Additional Executive Director) as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company,” according to the exchange filing.
Anurag has been with Nucleus Software for more than 26 years, the company said.
During his tenure at Nucleus Software, Anurag has handled multiple responsibilities including managing Large Global / Regional Platforms as well as large & complex Digital Transformation Programs, it added.
Anurag holds two Master’s degrees in Statistics and Computer Science from Banaras Hindu University.
