Supply chain SaaS startup O4S has announced the latest addition to its senior leadership team. The company has recently appointed Prashant Vaghela as Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Prashant is an engineering professional with over 17 years of work experience in the IT domain. His diverse background covers Life Sciences, Big Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Charity, E-commerce, and Ed-tech sectors. Before O4S, Prashant was associated with Innovaccer, Deloitte, GSK, Accenture and several multi-nationals and enterprise SaaS companies and early-stage start-ups. Prashant, an alumnus of SIMSREE, Mumbai, will be based in the O4S Gurugram office and handling engineering capabilities of the platforms with all its engineering products.
Speaking on the appointment, Mr Prashant Vaghela – Senior VP Engineering, said, “I am delighted to be a part of O4S and equally excited to kick start the planned strategies. I strongly believe that it requires three things for a SaaS to succeed: Firstly, a USP with a big disruptive potential aiming to fill a critical need gap. Secondly, a platform that houses this proposition neatly served as an offering to customers. Lastly, the ability to scale the platform, its people, and platform capabilities with agility, large scale, and acceptable costs. My partnership with O4S will be centered on all these aspects”.

O4S aims to hire 200 employees within the next three years. The company is expanding the team in different verticals such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Software Development, to name a few. O4S was incepted in 2017 and has raised over $10Mn so far, with a recent Series A investment of $6Mn led by Think Investments.
