Okaya Power Group, a battery manufacturing company, has appointed Atish Bhattacharya as the Head of Human Resources & Administration.
Before joining Okaya Power Group, Bhattacharya was Vice President of Human Resources at Ozone Overseas. He has also worked at Greenlam Industries, AccorHotels India, Bharti Infratel, Samsung India Electronics, Voltas, and Larsen & Toubro.
Bhattacharya has over 18 years of applied and practised experience in Human Resources. He played a variety of roles within HR such as Sales HR, Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, People Management, Project Management, HR Transformation, and Employer Brand Building.
Bhattacharya holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in HR from the University of Pune.
