Pazcare appoints Prashant Desai as VP of Sales

Employee insurance and health benefits startup Pazcare announced its appointment of Prashant Desai as the Vice President of Sales

Prashant has 21+ years of experience working with organizations like IDfy, First Advantage India, and Wipro Ltd among others. He is an accomplished business leader with a gratifying career span of two decades in steering multi-functional domains, with specialized skills in sales management, general administration, and business leadership with a primary focus on strategy formulation. He also has 7+ years of experience working in the HR Services space.

In his new role at Pazcare, Prashant will help the company scale the business and would be helping the Pazcare team to focus & create inroads in the enterprise segment. 

“I am taking a plunge into the Insurtech space. With my 2-plus decades of diverse experience in IT & HR Services, I am looking forward to contributing to the overall Sales & Business Development at Pazcare. I am really excited to join Pazcare and together make it the next unicorn in the Insurtech space,” said Prashant Desai VP of Sales.

Pazcare is an employee insurance and benefits platform that helps HR and People Leaders take better care of their employees. Pazcare’s team size is around 180 employees right now and is planning to hire approximately around 50+ employees across different verticals in this financial year.
