PCBL Limited announced the appointment of K. Jairaj as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company, with effect from March 8, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Further to our letters dated 20th January, 2022 and 1 st March, 2022, we write to inform you that Mr. K Jairaj has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the first term for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 8 th March, 2022.”
PCBL, a part of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, was set up by K. P. Goenka in 1960, with the core objective of substitution of the import of carbon black.
