Pidilite Industries Limited, an Indian adhesives manufacturing company, announced the appointment of Manisha Shetty as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective March 11, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “please note that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. 11th March, 2022 appointed Ms. Manisha Shetty as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.”
Manisha Shetty is a Post Graduate in Commerce and Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS 20072). She is associated with the Company for the last 15 years and is currently the Additional Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She has an overall experience of more than 28 years including 24 years in listed companies in accounts, corporate secretarial and statutory compliances, the statement said.
