Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a ‘Maharatna’ Company under Ministry of Power, Government of India, announced the appointment of Doman Yadav as Executive Director, with effect from January 1, 2024.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Shri Doman Yadav, Chief General Manager, POWERGRID has been promoted as Executive Director (ED) (i.e. Senior Management Personnel – One level below the Board of Directors), POWERGRID w.e.f. 01.01.2024.”
He pursued Engineering in Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering from Patna University in the year 1991. After Graduation, he joined POWERGRID as Executive Trainee in the year 1993. He has diverse experience of working in various departments such as LD&C, QA&I, Telecom, ERP & IT & Grid Automation & Control (GA&C). He has vast experience of working in the Telecommunication department for almost 15 Years. Currently, he is heading the GA & C and ERP & IT Department at Corporate Center of POWERGRID. He also did PG Diploma in Management from MDI, Gurgaon in the year 2005.
