Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India, a professional services firm, has announced the appointment of Prachish Vasudeva as Managing Director. In his new role, Vasudeva will lead the company’s regional real estate offering.
Vasudeva has over three decades of international and Indian experience in investment, development and construction of real estate assets ranging from residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality, according to a statement.
His primary area of expertise is helping stakeholders improve their real estate investment returns through strategic and operational initiatives, using innovation, process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Before joining A&M, Vasudeva spent six years with Hines, managing the development of residential real estate for a USD 250 million funds.

Vasudeva holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture (magna cum laude) from Manipal Institute of Technology. He has served on the board of directors of several companies.
