According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Pragya Jain as CFO of the company by passing board resolution on 25th March 2022 pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.”
Pragya Jain is Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She is a Finance professional with 10 years of rich global experience. She was associated as a Financial controller with UK India Business Council. Before that, she served in various finance functions of ASA & Associates, Infosys & Vistra as a young finance leader, Pragya has extensive experience in business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, funding, investor relations, taxation, financial accounting and reporting.
