Praj Industries Limited (Praj), a player in biofuels, brewery, process equipment and water and waste water treatment solutions, announced the appointment of Anant Bavare as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, with effect from January 1, 2024. He succeeds Dattatraya Nimbolkar, who has resigned from the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from December 31, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we would like to inform you that the Board at its Meeting held on 31st October, 2023 has appointed Mr. Anant Bavare (ACS: A21405) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, with effect from 1st January, 2024.”
Anant Bavare, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is a Law graduate, having more than 23 years of experience in Secretarial and legal domain. He joined Praj Industries Ltd. on 14th December, 2017 as an Assistant Company Secretary.
