Pramath Nath elevated as CHRO – Asia Pacific & Japan, Steam Power at GE Power

Pramath Nath

Pramath Nath has been elevated as Chief Human Resources Officer – Asia Pacific & Japan, Steam Power at GE Power. Most recently, he served as HR & CSR Leader – South Asia, Steam Power.

Currently, his role expands beyond South Asia to Asia Pacific and Japan as the HR Leader in GE Steam Power, working with the Business Leaders in 15 countries in the region. He continues to lead the CSR and Facilities for India.

Nath carries 23 years of experience serving various roles across sectors. Before joining GE Power, he had worked with KPMG India for more than six years. He joined KPMG India as Director – Human Resources and later took the role of Executive Director.

Earlier, he had managed various HR functions at Hewlett-Packard. At HP, in his last role as Global Talent Manager, Nath led Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development for seven of HP’s CXOs who reported to the Global CEO.

His earlier assignments include HR Manager at Reliance Retail; HR Manager at East India Hotels (The Oberoi, Bangalore); Personnel & Administration Executive at Blue Cross Labs; and Personnel Officer at Cosme Matias Menezes Group.
