According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that Mr. Prateek Jain, Chief Financial Officer (a Key Managerial & Senior Managerial personnel of the Company), vide his letter dated December 29, 2023, has resigned as such, on account of personal reasons.”
Prateek Jain has over 16 years of experience in finance. Prior to this, he worked with AIG Global Asset Management Company as CFO & Head Risk Management. He has also been associated with organizations like Howden Insurance Brokers India Pvt Ltd. and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd.
