Online travel portal Easy Trip Planners Ltd (EaseMyTrip.com) has appointed Priyanka Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 01, 2021. She succeeds Preeti Sharma, who resigned from the role on August 12, 2021 (effective August 31, 2021).
According to the Company’s exchange filing, “The Board approved the proposal of appointment of Ms Priyanka Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 1st September 2021.”
Prior to this role, Priyanka served as Credit Risk Manager at Yes Bank. Prior to that, she had a stint with ISEC Organics Limited and Surya Roshni Limited.
