Rahul Kapoor has joined The Himalaya Drug Company as Chief People Officer. Most recently, Kapoor served as VP & Head HR , Emerging Markets at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
In this new role, Kapoor will be leading the healthcare products company’s people and culture agenda globally.
Kapoor brings in 21 years of experience in leading the HR functions. Earlier, he had a stint with GSK, where he joined in 2008 as Head – Talent Acquisition. After taking multiple roles, he took the charge as Executive Vice President – HR, India Subcontinent in 2018 for two years. He spent 12 years in the company.
Kapoor also worked with GE Capital as AVP – Human Resources; ITC as Regional HR Manager, Foods Division HO; and Larsen & Toubro as Management Trainee – HR.
Kapoor has completed his Master’s from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
