Pharmaceutical company Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited announced the appointment of Rajender Juwadi Rao as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, with effect from March 1, 2022. He succeeds Bharath R Sesha, who has resigned from the role of MD & CEO of the company.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we now wish to inform you that Mr. Bharath R Sesha is getting relieved from the services of the Company with effect from February 28, 2022 and Mr. Rajender Juwadi Rao will assume charge as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer with effect from March 1, 2022.”
