According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25th October, 2021, has appointment Mrs. Rajshri Choudhary as Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, with effect from 25th October, 2021.”
Rajshri Choudhary is also on the Board of Asl Capital Holdings Private Limited and DMRR Commodities Private Limited.
