According to the company’s exchange filing, “We hereby inform that based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approval of the Board, Mr. S Anand (M.no. 60122) has been as appointed as Company Secretary (CS) of the Company effective February 01, 2024 in the place of Mr. Vivekanandaa M, who ceases to be Company Secretary, effective closure of business hours on January 31, 2024, to pursue his professional aspirations elsewhere.”
