Rane Engine Valve Limited, a leading manufacturer of Engine Valves, Guides and Tappets, announced that Dr. Rajkumar Swaminathan, President has been named Manager of the company, with effect from February 7, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “This is to inform that based on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., (February 07, 2023) inter-alia approved the appointment of Dr. Rajkumar Swaminathan, President as Manager of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013, effective February 07, 2023.”
Dr. Rajkumar Swaminathan has over 32 years of industrial experience and has held various positions in the areas of marketing, operations, business development, project and process engineering, TQM and other corporate functions.
