According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that Board of Directors in their Meeting held today, i.e November 10, 2022, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Ms. Pritika Poonia (DIN: 06715564) as an Additional Director and Independent Woman Director of the Company for a term of five years with effect from November 10, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders.”
At present, Pritika Poonia aged 39 years is serving as director of Steadfast Metal Products Private Limited and designated partner at Handover Greenbox LLP. Pritika Poonia studied Electronics and Communication Engineering at Punjab university. In addition to that, she has completed her PGDM ebiz from Welingkar Institute of Management and Research. She has an extensive experience in engineering and management sector.
She held the position as founding member of Mitra, a voluntary humanitarian organization (PEC, Chandigarh). She also held the position as member of Red Cross and Junior Coordinator (North India), Indian Microelectronics Society.
