Diversified firm RattanIndia Enterprises Limited announced that Vinu Balwant Saini has resigned from the role of Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from August 23, 2023. Ashok Kumar Sharma has been named new Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from August 24, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, has in its meeting held on 23rd August 2023, inter-alia, taken note of the resignation of Mr. Vinu Balwant Saini who will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. closure of business hours on August 23, 2023; and approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 24, 2023.”
Sharma has rich experience of more than 30 years in Finance, Operations & Compliance in diverse verticals like Financials, Tax, Due-Diligences, FDI, SEBI, RBI Compliances, and many more. He has been associated with the group for over 23 years, the statement said.
