RCG Global Services, a leading provider of digital solutions across mobile, web, cloud and legacy platforms, has appointed Satish Rajarathnam as its Head of People & Administration, according to ETHRWorld report.

Satish will be responsible for driving global people processes across the organization, designing & implementing enterprise-level transformation programs, organization design & culture. He will also be developing future-ready workforces, employee experience, spearheading our global workforce management strategy, and overseeing administration management,” RCG Global Services said in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to joining RCG Global Services, Rajarathnam was associated with Mphasis as Senior Vice President – HR. Previously, he worked at Cognizant, HCL Technologies, Siemens and Sutherland Global Services.
