Former HRBP Leader India Sales at Dell, Rekha Radhakrishnan, has now joined Honeywell as Human Resources Director.
In her role of HRBP Leader – India Sales at Dell, Radhakrishnan was driving the development and implementation of the HR Strategy for Dell Technologies in India and APJ, understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR agenda that supports the business.
Radhakrishnan carries over 17 years of experience in implementing HR programmes and leading regional and global projects in various areas. Before joining Dell in 2019, she was working with CSG International as Country Manager – Human Resources, India.
She also had a stint with CenturyLink, Jamcracker and Tecnotree Corporation.
She holds an Executive Programme in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an MBA from the University of Madras and a BBA degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
