According to the company’s exchange filing, “we hereby inform that Mr. Madan Pendse has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited (RNAVAL) (“the Company”) with effect from 31th May 2022 due to personal reasons.”
