Revolt Motors has appointed Sharad Jain as Vice President- Human Resources, according to BW Online Bureau report.
Jain confirmed his appointment through a social media post by commenting, “The new chapter in my Career Book- Joined as Vice President- HR effective August 1st week at Revolt Motors (No 1 EV Motorcycle Company), part of multi business Rattan India Group.”
Prior to joining Revolt, he was serving as the VP-HR for Highway Industries for about two years.
He brings in more than two decades of experience across corporate HR, plant HR and business roles. He is specialised in customised strategic HR, change management and creating a people culture at workplace.
He has held key leadership roles at several organisations including Highway, Hero MotoCorp, Eicher, Enfield, Motherson Sumi and Delphi & Minda.
