Rimini Street, Inc., a global provider of end-to-end enterprise software support, products, and services, the leading third-party support provider for Oracle and SAP software, and a Salesforce and AWS partner, announced the appointment of Gertrude ‘Trude’ Van Horn as executive vice president and chief information officer.
As the CIO of Rimini Street, Van Horn is responsible for the vision, direction, and expert execution of the Global IT and Security department’s growth strategy, a statement said.
Van Horn is an accomplished and celebrated CIO with decades of global IT leadership experience in public and private companies across diverse industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and retail. Van Horn’s extensive technology expertise includes senior roles at American Express, JP Morgan, Jo-Ann Stores, Office Depot, Haggar Clothing Company, and Victoria’s Secret.
Prior to her appointment as CIO, Van Horn served as senior vice president and CIO at NCH Corporation where she led pivotal initiatives to revamp their IT infrastructure, refine business processes, and champion innovation across the 100+ year-old, billion-dollar organization.
