Sodexo India, a leading provider of food services, has appointed its CFO Rohit Bahety to the role of country president. This is due to the resignation of Rishi Gour, previous Country President, from Sodexo this month.
The appointment is effective from this month. Bahety will be responsible for driving corporate governance and strategic directorial responsibility for all of Sodexo’s operations across India.
As quoted to ET, Bahety said, “We are confident to tap the growth opportunities presented by the booming internet-based, technology organizations in the corporate space, healthcare, education and the energy sector, thus augmenting, growth. To do so, we will invest in technology and partner with the startup ecosystem to help clients optimize their business operations in line with our sustainability principles.”
