KPMG Global Services has elevated Rupesh Tripathi as Partner and Head of People. Earlier, he was leading the people function for the company.
Tripathi has more than 20 years of experience across industries and a wide spectrum of HR verticals.
Before joining KPMG in 2019, he was Head of HR – India at IHS Markit and was responsible for articulating and driving HR strategy and service delivery for the India entity for more than three years.
Tripathi’s longest stint of over five years was with Accenture where he was Vice President and HR Service Delivery Lead – India Business and later assumed the role of Vice President and HR Service Delivery Lead – India Business and Capability Network.
He has also handled various HR operations of companies like Markit, Bharti Retail (Easyday), Bank of America Continuum Solutions and Citibank.
Tripathi holds BMS from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
