Former Nu Vista CHRO, Samar Banerjee, has joined Berger Paints as Group Head – HR, according to ETHRWorld report. In this new role, Banerjee will be leading the HR operations of Berger Paints in India.
Banerjee carries more than 20 years of multi-industry and multi-domain HR/ER (Human Resources / Employee Relations) experience, with expertise in people development processes and handling people challenges, among others.
Earlier, he had a stint with Bennett Coleman and Company Limited (BCCL) as HR Generalist and HR Shared Services Head for almost two years.
His earlier assignments include ER Manager – East at PepsiCo – Pepsi Beverages Company; Plant ER Manager at ICI India; and Deputy Manager at Eicher Tractors.
Banerjee completed his graduation from Banerjee Ravenshaw College and his PG Diploma from XISS Ranchi.
