Schneider Electric has appointed Niharika Mohan as Vice President – Human Resources, Secure Power International, according to ETHRWorld report.
This is Niharika’s second stint at Schneider Electric. Niharika comes with over 23 years of HR experience spanning across Appliances, Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing, Financial Services, IT Services and IT Consulting.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Niharika was working with Luminous Power Technologies as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Niharika was working at Schneider Electric as Vice President – Global HR, Strategic Customers and Segments Business Unit. She was earlier associated with Hewitt Associates.
Niharika started her career as HR Business Partner at Tata Consultancy Services in 2000.
“I’m excited to share my new role as the HRVP for Secure Power International, as I take over from my dear colleague Natalja Kissina (who has been simply outstanding in my onboarding support) and continue my journey with Schneider Electric,” Niharika wrote in a LinkedIn Post.
Niharika continued, “Last three and a half years has been a rewarding journey with Luminous as their CHRO… A big thanks to my tremendous team and the leadership team of Luminous. There were many “firsts” for us. However, your belief and passion is what made the difference. I leave with satisfaction the reins in the very capable hands of my colleague Shikha Gupta.”
She further wrote, “I now look forward to working with a dynamic and diverse team across East Asia, Japan, South America, Greater India, Pacific and Middle East Africa for Secure Power, International.”
“As I relocate to Dubai, I look forward to meeting all my colleagues and friends, grateful to Schneider Electric for always propelling careers of its people,” Niharika added.
Niharika holds an MA in Psychology from Delhi University and a BA (Honours) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College.
