Pralay Mondal , Senior Group President – Retail & Business Banking.
Yes Bank has appointed Pralay Mondal as Senior Group President – Retail & Business Banking. In his role Pralay will drive the growth of the concerned business divisions, and provide leadership to operations and service delivery teams. He would also lead the wealth management advisory, direct banking and savings account product management teams. Prior to joining YES BANK, Pralay was with HDFC Bank as head of Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Outbound Contact Center and merchant establishment business. Pralay is an alumni of from IIM Kolkata, and IIT Karagpur. He has has held senior positions in organizations such as, Colgate Palmolive, Wipro Ltd, Standard Chartered and HDFC Bank.
Amit Sethi joins YES BANK as Senior President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). He will be responsible for driving innovation projects, and developing strategic planning guidelines in accordance with the business strategy of the Bank. Amit is an MBA in Finance from Faculty of Management Studies (Gold Medalist) and B.E. from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He brings with him 16 years of hands-on experience at ICICI Bank where he was managing all the technology realms – infrastructure, security, operations, software development, applications within Corporate, Branch and Retail Banking domains.
Venkat Krishnan V joins YES BANK as Group Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He will be responsible for the entire Technology Infrastructure of the Bank and perfecting the Bank’s systems, processes, and controls that require optimum investment in technology to provide an agile, scalable and robust IT Infrastructure to support the Version 2.0 goals of the Bank. Venkat is an MCA from Government College of Engineering, Karad with Specialization in Software Engineering. He has 14 years of experience in Information Technology with focus mainly in Banking, Finance and Insurance domains. Prior to joining YES BANK, he was working with Dhanlaxmi Bank as Head of IT.
