Animal healthcare company Sequent Scientific Limited announced the resignation of Sharat Pandurang Narasapur as Joint Managing Director of the company, with effect from April 30, 2024.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) the Company hereby wishes to inform that Mr. Sharat Pandurang Narasapur, Jt. Managing Director has vide his letter dated April 03, 2024 has tendered his resignation from the employment of the Group for personal reasons.”
