Prior to joining Sharda Motor Industries, Khokha was associated with Dhanuka Agritech as CHRO. Previously, he worked at upGrad, Zimmer Biomet, Bharti Airtel and Ascom Holding.
Khokha has significant exposure especially in emerging technology focussed industries. He has experience of working in industries like Technology, Automation, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Chemicals & Fertilizers.
Khokha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Marketing and Human Resources from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), Delhi, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University.
