Sharp India Limited, a wholly-owned Indian subsidiary of SHARP Corporation, announced the appointment of Masao Terada as Additional Director on the company’s Board, with effect from March 3, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 (Listing regulations) read with schedule III of Listing Regulations, Following are the outcome of today’s Board of Directors meeting held on Friday, 03rd March 2023. 1) Mr. Masao Terada has been appointed an Additional Director (Non- executive Director) on the Board of Company w.e.f 3rd March 2023.”
Masao Terada is Japanese National, aged about 58 years, is Graduate from Seta Technical High School, Japan. He has a wide experience in the field of finance and accounts and has held position as Manager in Management Strategy Planning Unit and Overseas Factory Administration Unit in Sharp Corporation. He has over 40 years work experience with Sharp Corporation.
In Sharp Corporation, Japan he has been working as Deputy Division Manager of Overseas Subsidiaries Administration Department of Business Administration Division, Finance and Administration Office, Sharp Corporation, the statement said.
