Sheena Joseph appointed National Head – Customer Service, Enterprise at Vodafone Idea

Vodafone Idea (Vi) has named Sheena Joseph as the vice president of customer service of enterprise business. Most recently, Sheena served Tata Tele Business Services as National Head – Service Assurance, Enterprise.

“Sheena is a seasoned professional and brings expertise in Service Delivery and Service Assurance for B2B customers. Her knowledge in the service domain will help Vi Business enhance customer experience,” Vi said in a Linkedin post on Tuesday.

Prior to TTBS, Sheena worked with Tata Communications as the National Head of Service Assurance for the SME business unit. Earlier, she had a stint with companies like Reliance Communications and BPL.

Recently, Vi appointed Alok Srivastava to lead the enterprise business for North and East circles. Shabnam Syed has joined the company as Executive Vice President of postpaid marketing.

Vi also appointed Reema Jain as the Chief Digital Officer while Tanuja Rai Pradhan joined as Head- Consumer Insights. The telco also appointed Sanjay Jolly as Executive Vice President (EVP) – Technology, Hub Operations last month.
