SJVN Limited, a Mini Ratna company, has appointed Akhileshwar Singh as the Chief Financial Officer(CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 27.11.2019.
In a BSE filing, the company said, “The Board of Directors have appointed Sh. Akhileshwar Singh as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 27.11.2019.”
SJVN Limited was incorporated on May 24, 1988 as a joint venture of the Government of India (GOI) and the Government of Himachal Pradesh (GOHP). The Company has commissioned five projects totaling 2015.2 MW of installed capacity including wind and solar power. The company is presently implementing power projects in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Maharashtra and Gujarat in India besides neighbouring countries viz. Nepal and Bhutan.
