Smriti Handa joins BharatPe as Chief Human Resources Officer

Fintech startup BharatPe announced the appointment of Smriti Handa as Chief Human Resources Officer.

In her new role, Handa will be working with the senior leadership team at BharatPe and will focus on strengthening the organisational culture and HR practices in the company to build BharatPe as an employer of choice, according to a statement.

Handa has a vast experience working across organisations like Reckitt, Philips and Airtel, in global and local roles. Prior to joining BharatPe, she was Global Talent Acquisition Director at Reckitt. Handa holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree in Human Resources & Marketing from SRCC, Delhi University and a PGDBM/MBA, Human Resources & Marketing from MDI, Gurgaon.
