Stove Kraft CEO Rajiv Nitin Mehta resigns, appoints Sunita R Gandhi to its Board

Cooking appliances company, Stove Kraft Limited, announced that Rajiv Nitin Mehta has resigned from the role of Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director of the company, w.e.f February 2, 2023. Also, the company announced the appointment of Sunita Rajendra Gandhi as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director on the company’s Board, with effect from February 2, 2023.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company also accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajiv Nitin Mehta and relieved him from the position of Chief Executive Officer & Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 2nd February 2023.”

Sunita Rajendra Gandhi completed her senior secondary certificate examination from SS Jain V High School, Secunderabad. She is a promoter of the Company. She holds 200,000 Equity Shares of the Company. She was also director of the Company from 10 July 2004 till 30 September 2016.
