Sumedha Pal Parmar has been elevated to the role of Country HR Leader at global technology company Honeywell India.
Most recently, she handled the role of
Sr Director Talent Acquisition & Diversity – APAC at the company. She was responsible for leading Talent Acquisition including University Relations and Diversity for Honeywell APAC.
Parmar carries 17 years of experience working across various HR roles at Honeywell. She started her career in 2004, initially as OD (organisation development) Specialist and later HR Business Partner before taking on the other responsibilities.
Parmar’s area of expertise includes Talent & OD, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition and Staffing, Employee Relations and HR Operations, among others. She completed her PGDPM from Xavier Institute of Social Service.
