Sundaram Finance Limited announced the appointment of Srivats Ram as Non-Executive Non Independent Director, effective March 28, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Compensation and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has, at the meeting held today, co-opted Sri Srivats Ram, Promoter, as an Additional Director to function as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board, liable to retire by rotation.”
Srivats Ram has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is the Managing Director of Wheels India Limited.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Madras and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, USA.
