Mumbai-based online beauty retailer Nykaa has appointed Surender Mehta as Chief Human Resources Officer.
In this new role, Mehta will further the company values and promote its growth culture.
Mehta is an HR professional with more than 20 years of experience across industries and spanning MNCs and family businesses. He has worked with organisations in the area of IT-enabled services, telecommunications, hospitality, international trading and manufacturing.
Mehta is currently HR Director – VOIS India and Global Head of HR – VOIS Business where his responsibility includes leading People agenda, Properties, Administration and CSR. He began his journey at Vodafone in 2001 holding various positions before becoming the VP – Corporate HR.
Mehta holds an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad, and an advanced management programme from Harvard Business School.
