Life sciences organisation, Take Solutions Limited announced that Lalit Kanta Mahapatra has resigned from the role of CFO of the company, with effect from June 30, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI LODR, we wish to inform you that Mr. Lalit Kanta Mahapatra has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f June 30, 2022.”
Mahapatra has served in various organisations including Price Water House Cooper, Siemens and Schneider Electric among others.
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mahapatra is a Certified Public Accountant from USA and holds a Diploma in IFRS from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), London.
