Talisma Corporation has announced key additions to its senior leadership team, appointing Jhilik Sharma as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Aaron Schwarzberg as President for the U.S. Market. The appointments come at a time when the company is expanding its footprint globally, particularly in the domains of higher education and financial services.
Jhilik Sharma brings more than 25 years of cross-industry experience to her new role. Her background spans leadership roles in customer engagement, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational development across sectors such as healthcare, finance, and education. Prior to joining Talisma, she served as a C-level executive at a prominent healthcare organization and held senior positions at Anthology, Campus Management, Thomson Reuters, and Accenture.

Schwarzberg steps into the newly created role of President, U.S. Market, with a background rooted in AI-driven learning and enterprise transformation. He previously led global Learning & Development efforts at Foundever, where he oversaw modernization initiatives for several Fortune 500 firms. His experience includes building and managing cross-functional teams in areas such as data strategy, immersive learning, and AI enablement.

Schwarzberg holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, an M.B.A. from New England College, and a B.A. from the University of Denver. In his new role, he will lead Talisma’s strategic expansion in the U.S., one of its key growth markets.
