Tanuja Rai Pradhan appointed Head Consumer Insights at Vodafone Idea

Former Reliance Jio executive, Tanuja Rai Pradhan, has joined Vodafone Idea as the head consumer insights in marketing, according to ETBrandEquity report.

Most recently, Pradhan served as Head – Special Projects, Consumer Insights & New Commerce Analytics at Reliance Jio. She was heading consumer insights for entire Jio ecosystem driving both quantitative and qualitative and modern technology for insighting. She was also looking at special projects including technology interventions in marketing functions.

Onground marketing campaigns for different associations for sports, movies, corporate etc., and driving data monitisation and analytics piece for new commerce, which is also called Jio Prime Merchant, or Jio Prime Partners Program, were also part of her portfolio at Jio.

Prior to Jio, Pradhan has served at TNS Global, Bharti Airtel, Cushman & Wakefield India, The Nielsen Company among others.

Pradhan is a B.Com (Hon) graduate from Delhi University and holds a PGDBA Marketing from ICFAI Business School.
