Tata Elxsi Limited announced the appointment of Cauveri Sriram as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective March 1, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has appointed Ms. Cauveri Sriram as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from March 01, 2022.”
“Ms. Sriram, aged around 40 years is a Cost & Management Accountant and Company Secretary with over 14+ years of experience in governance, secretarial and finance functions,” the filing said.
Most recently, she served Tata Elxsi as Assistant Company Secretary. Prior to that, she had a stint with Oswal Publishers and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
