Tech Mahindra appoints Milind Kulkarni as CFO, Manoj Bhatt as Deputy CFO

Tech Mahindra Limited, has appointed Milind Kulkarni as Chief Financial Officer, and Manoj Bhat as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Sonjoy Anand, who has served as Chief Financial Officer of Tech Mahindra moves on having decided to pursue opportunities internationally. 

“I would like to thank Sonjoy, who has been a key member of the Management Team for the last 10 years, for his immense contribution in taking Tech Mahindra to where it is today. He has created a strong team and process to enable a seamless transition of responsibilities to Milind Kulkarni and Manoj Bhat, and I wish them all the best,” said Vineet Nayyar, Executive Vice Chairman of Tech Mahindra..

Milind Kulkarni has been Senior Vice President, Finance till now, will take charge of the CFO’s office with immediate effect. Manoj Bhat who is leading the Corporate Planning (including Mergers and Acquisitions) and also Investor Relations portfolio, will now take up the additional responsibility of Deputy CFO.

Milind Kulkarni

Milind Kulkarni has been with Tech Mahindra since 2002. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Kulkarni has more than 32 years of experience in Finance and General Management. He has worked with companies like Cadburys India Limited, The Standard Batteries, and served as CFO of both Mastek and Venkateshwara Hatcheries. During his stay at Mastek, he took the company public. A senior finance professional, he has essayed senior management roles and brings in a broad functional experience and excellent business acumen.

Manoj Bhat

Manoj Bhat has been with Tech Mahindra since 2006. With more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry across various roles in Corporate Development and Finance, apart from the Planning and Commercial functions, he is also responsible for Merger and Acquisitions and Investor Relations. An IIT Bombay and IIM Bangalore alumni, Manoj has all through played a vital role in the organization’s inorganic growth and strategic Initiatives.
