Tech Mahindra Limited announced the appointment of Ruchie Khanna as Company Secretary (Designate) with effect from 1st December, 2023, and as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer of the company, with effect from 1st September, 2024.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we hereby inform you that basis recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has at their meeting held today viz. Wednesday, 25th October, 2023 inter alia, noted and approved the appointment of Ms. Ruchie Khanna (ICSI Membership No. ACS 24922) as Company Secretary (Designate) with effect from 1st December, 2023, and as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from 1st September, 2024.”
Ruchie Khanna is a qualified Company Secretary by profession with expertise in secretarial and allied corporate laws. With over 12 years of experience, she has led corporate secretarial, compliance functions, Board processes, acquisitions, and restructurings under the Companies Act and the SEBI Regulations.
She joined Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL) in February 2018 and was elevated as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of MLL in February 2022.
She also holds a Post Graduate degree in Law and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University. She is part of the cohort of the Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track.
